The SRG Art & Interiors web site ("the Web Site") is owned and operated by SRG Art & Interiors ("SRG"), a company based in Dalkeith, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Web Site. Your use of the Web Site indicates your agreement to comply and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Content Warranty
All information, services and materials on the Web Site are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. SRG uses reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up to date content on the Web Site but makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness or availability of the content of the Web Site or any content of any other web site referred to or accessed from the Web Site.

Inclusion of content from 3rd Party Web sites linked from the Web Site or from companies included in the SRG service directory does not imply endorsement of the linked content or site or business by SRG. Neither shall SRG have any liability in connection with them including, but not limited, to infringement of copyright or other rights by any person or entity. Your access to and use of content from 3rd Party Web sites remains entirely at your own risk.
Copyright
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content on the Web Site reside either directly with SRG or with entities that SRG trade with by license. Without the prior written permission of SRG, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on the Web Site. However, the contents of the Web Site may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal non-commercial use. You may re-copy downloaded contents from the Web Site for others provided it is not for your profit.

Protecting your privacy is important to SRG. We hope the following statement will help you understand how SRG collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site.
When you register on our mailing list or fill in a contact form you are asked to provide email and name information as a minimum. You may also optionally provide address and personal/company details. Information collected in this way will be used to contact you with your requested information or periodic marketing and/or technical information regarding product and service news from SRG. SRG will always make best efforts to send you information that is relevant to you, and without being over frequent. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, you may do so via the mailing list form or by using the contact details below.
Your personal information will be held only by SRG and will not be disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes.
When you visit the Web Site, anonymous information about your visit will automatically be collected. We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different sections of the Web Site, to ensure the Web Site is working properly, and to help us make the Web Site more useful. ORDERS & RETURNS
Order Confirmation
By placing an order on the SRG website you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated. We will send an order acknowledgement email to you but please note that this is merely to confirm that your order has been received.
You will receive a further email, confirming your order, when the goods are ready for despatch. Our acceptance of the order is upon despatch of each of the items ordered.
Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur where the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment.
Shipping and Delivery
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We aim to deliver Art works in up to 21 days and other goods in up to 28 days . If an item is out of stock, where possible next availability will be shown in the item details.
SRG will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
We deliver to the UK.
Delivery costs £4.95 for orders below £50. For orders of £50 and over, delivery is free to most of the UK. Due to high costs, there may be an extra charge to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and all other offshore destinations. If you wish to place an order from these areas please contact us with your details for a quotation.
Availability
If you have paid for goods which are then found to be unavailable, you will be offered an exchange of goods or have payment refunded.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website or edit any information on this website at any time.
We may refuse to process an order at any time or refuse service to any individual for any reason at our sole discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
We accept most major credit / debit cards through Paypal. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We do not charge VAT on any of our products.
Our Right to Cancel Orders
If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer then we may have to cancel the order. If for any reason we cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the credit / debit card owner then we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Online security
All credit card transactions are performed by Paypal. Paypal provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK. They ensure that your transaction details are kept secure throughout the transaction process.
Cancellation
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods by contacting us by letter or email: info@srgartinteriors.co.uk
SRG shall refund or credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Returns
If we make a mistake with your order, or if there is a fault, return the item within 14 days and we will replace it or give a refund. We will pay your return delivery costs.
If you change your mind for any other reason, we are happy to exchange or refund items, provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of their receipt, with the original packaging, unused and in good condition. We regret, however, that we cannot refund postage costs on returns. Exchanges will be dispatched back to you free.
We can arrange for our courier to pick up larger items for return. Please call or email if you would like a quote for this service.
Refunds will be credited to the credit / debit card used to pay for the order, once we have accepted and processed the returned goods. Please note that some Banks may take up to 30 days to credit the amount.

Once you have obtained a Return Code complete the Returns Form and enclose it with your order.
We strongly recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please retain Proof of Posting from your shipper.
WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
SRG are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product. For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
