When will I receive my order?
If you order Art you should receive your order in up to 21 days.
Other goods can take up to 28 days.
What if I wish to return an item?
If, for any reason, you wish to return your goods, you may send them back for an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receipt.
The goods should be unused and in good condition, with the original packaging.

How do I pay?
Most credit/debit cards are accepted. Transactions are performed by Paypal but you do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit/debit card. For non-standard requests or orders, please contact us to arrange other methods of payment.
To which areas do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK. See our terms and conditions for more information.
We can also deliver outside of the UK, please contact us for shipping details.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs £4.95 for orders below £50. For orders of £50 and over, delivery is free to most of the UK. Regrettably, due to high costs, there may be an extra charge for delivery to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and all other offshore destinations. Please contact us for more specific information.
Is the art available in other sizes?
The artworks are available in many sizes. Just contact us with your request and we'll get back to you with details.
Can you ship to areas outside of the UK?
Yes. Most products can be shipped to Europe and our Artworks to most of the world. Just contact us and we'll give you details and shipping costs.
